There's even an easier way. In the system you need to integrate the flex application into, switch to the workbench's mime repository and drill down the path:
'SAP - PUBLIC - BC - UR - nw7 - FlashIslands'
There you will find all you need. The swf files are the runtime libraries, the swc files the equivalent build time libraries. For Flex 3.0 and after, please use the files mentioning '30' in their names, the other ones are supposed to be for the older versions.
