How to disable WBS element in Change constuction measure transaction?

I want to disable WBS element field in Change Construction measure transaction.(T-code : /CUM/CM02 in additional Data tab).

What will be the Business impact of this? Alternatively, if I change/add a "WBS element" instead of the existing one, what's the Business impact?

Hi ,

If there are no field selection options in Configuration then use transaction variant SHD0 to disable the field and on doing this your business process will not get affected.

Can you be a bit more elaborate? If the Construction measure is for carrying cost and not just a notification, then what will be the impact?

Hi,

For Our business process, this WBS on the Construction Measure is created automatically by a BAPI when the Construct order is initiated by ArcFm. This is a critical part of our Customer Operations process. When we disable like what you're proposing, then will this have no impacts to the associated BAPI's and interfaces which normally run?

Dear, It would be better if you ask these questions to your consultant rather than in SAP forums, because the system what you are using is the solution proposed and implemented by a SAP Consultant and he would be the ideal person to tell the impact of changes on business.
