Incremental Sync Background job fails

Hi Gurus,

Im writing in order to see if you can help me with this job error.

I schedule in RAR an Incremental Sync Job at 9 pm and the following day, at about 9 am, when I see the log the job is still in running status and with this lines in the job history section:

Fecha/Hora de ejecución Status Mensaje

2010-04-22 07:17:15 Failed Error while executing the Job for Object(s) :CJEREZ:[200]: Duplicate key(input position 3)

2010-04-22 09:06:03 Failed Error while executing the Job for Object(s) :CROJO:[200]: Duplicate key(input position 3)

2010-04-21 23:52:55 Started Sincronización Incremental started :threadid: 0

We have 357 users in our production client.

As I can see there is a problem with CJEREZ and CROJO accounts (seems to be somewhere duplicated) but cant really see where.

Did you already check the table USR01 for the duplicated user?

Hi,

This error might be coming because of multiple threads running the same user/role in batch risk analysis. The solution to this issue has been provided in the Support Pack 9.

Refer to SAP Note # 1168120 for details of issues resolved in SP09.
