I need to replace a field in a segment from another one

I have an idoc. In one of the segments it has a field TELFX which holds a value.But i need to replace that field with field TELF1

The field TELF1 is in another segment with in the idoc.

Hi,

It depends of the type of IDOC. If you are using ORDERSxx, check the Note 753153 - FAQ: Customer-functions in IDOC_INPUT_ORDERS, where it tells you:

"Which customer-function can be used to change or complete the data

coming from the IDOC, for example the sales organisation data ?

o EXIT_SAPLVEDA_001 -> include ZXVEDU03

This function is called in INTERPRET_IDOC_ORDERS for each segment

after moving and assigning the IDOC data to the sales tables."
