Hi Gurus

I have the following error message when I create a service contract.

u201CPricing data for partner 105 could not be read.

Message no. CRM_PRICING101

Diagnosis

The attempt to read the pricing data for the current, valid business partner from the customer master was unsuccessful.

The access was carried out with sales organization 'O 50000633', distribution channel '01' and division ''

If you have maintained a sales area conversion in R/3 that must be loaded per download into the CRM System (tables SMOTVTA and SMOTVKOS), this sales area is converted before the actual access.

System Response

The document is incorrect until the pricing data can be determined.

Procedure

The pricing view is probably missing for your business partner in the customer master. Maintain this data. To do this, you can call up transaction BP for maintaining the business partner. In the locator select your business partner and load it by double-clicking. Choose the "sold-to party" role. Press the "sales area" button and choose the sales area given above. Maintain the incorrect data in the billing data screen.u201D

When I check my Business Partner 105 do I have the following data maintained:

Sales Organization O 50000633

Distribution Channel 01

Division u201CBlanku201D

In the organizations tab for the contract do I have the following values:

Organizational Unit DK Sales Sales Denmark

Sales Organization DK Sales Sales Denmark

Distribution Channel 01 Distribution channel 01

Sales Office

Sales Group

Organizational Unit Skov AV Skov AV

Service Organization DK Service Service Organisation Denmark

What might have something to do with this is that when I try to use the F4 help on the u201COrganizational Unitu201D field for the Sales do I not get any values, so it is perhaps there the problem is buried.

But the Org has the following values maintained:

Tab Function

u2013 Sales has sales organization ticked on

u2013 Nothing else is maintained

Tab Attributes:

- Sales:

o Country DK

o Ref. currency for document DKK

o Division 00

o Distribution Channel 01

- Service

o Nothing maintained.

I have run the u201CCRMD_INDEX_OM - Index structure search OMu201D for my O objects.

I have it working in client 100, but cannot locate the difference in client 200 (production).

All usable answers will be rewarded.

I have resolved the problem with the missing org unit in the F4 help.

The problem seems to be that I had not assigned a position to the orgunit.

But after creating a position and assigning a BP with user, did the org show in the F4 help.

I though still have the Pricing error.
