error while doing post good receipt

Hi Frnd,

I am doing Returns delivery VL02n while doing Post goods receipt i am getting an error saying that

*Document is incomplete: You cannot post goods movement*

The batches are not defined for delivery item 900001

What is this error ?

Activate Automatic Batch Determination for Delivery Item Categories

I think you have not checked the Auto batch determination for your delivery item categories.

Please check and then try.

Assign batch number manually or use button batch determination for automatic batch determination then try to do post goods reciept.

Hi Rakesh,

This issue is coming , may there is issue with the batch which is assigned against this line 900001.

During the batch split this number will generate it should not be a main item.

Please check the delivery properly. If you are unable to process this delivery then try to delete the delivery and recreate it again.

Hope issue may resolve. revert in case of any query.

Hi,

Are you using Batches ?

If so you have to go to "Batch Split" button and assign the returned batches to the delivery.
