Upload Bidders

Friends,

We would like to upload around 1000 business partners as Bidders in SRM system.

Is there any function module which can be used to create Bidders in SRM system?

They are not valid suppliers. So we cannot create then as vendors in ERP and then transfer to SRM.

We have create them in SRM as bidders only.

Please advise!

hello,

try using FM BUPA_CREATE_FROM_DATA to create the business partner. then use FM BUPA_ROLE_ADD to assign BP role BBP001 for bidder.
