Send message from Solman to SAP

Hi,

I want to create support message for my solution manager but I am facing 2 problem while creating customer message in Solution Manager..

1) I am creating customer message from solman using t.code NOTIF_CREATE.

During Message creation, in Reported By field default value 12 is display. After give inputs while click on save button I got error that " Business partner 12 cannot be a reporter". If I keep that field blank then message will create.

So how can I make this field as blank so default valu will not come.

2) In t.code CRM_DNO_MONITOR while sending message to SAP, in Reported By field if I provide value 12 and choose action " send message to SAP" then message will successfully send to SAP but insted of 12 if I provide any other value then I got "Authorization" error.

So how can I send message with different value for reported by field. If I provide any value then also message will go to sap. Authorization error will not come.

Please help me to solve above 2 problem.

Please go to SPRO :

SAP Solution Manager -> Basic Settings -> Connection to SAP -> Assign S-User for SAP Support Portal Functionality

Perform the activity, it should solve your second problem.

Hi,

For Question 1 here is the answer :

SPRO-->SAP Solution Manager-->Scenario-Specific Settings-->Service Desk-->service desk-->Partner Determination Procedure-->Define Partner Determination Procedure

Select SLFN0001 Service Desk Partner Header then select Partner Functions in Procedure then just select the check box of Block Determination against Partner Functions in Procedure

For question 2 try this

In SAP Solution Manager, you need maintenance authority for authority group 'AISU' for this
activity (authority object S_TABU_DIS). The role SAP_SUPPDESK_ADMIN has this authority.

try these 2 and revert with status.

Thanks for the reply.

I access the path in spro and perform the steps suggested by you. But still default 12 value is display and if I provide 12 or any other value then give error

" Business Partner XXX cannot be the reporter".

For problem 2, I am using the user id which has SAP_ALL authorization. But still get authorization error.
