Cannot view PDFs that were stored in Repository

Hi MDM Gurus,

MDM version 5.5

I have a user that cannot view the original PDF just the thumbnail. I have checked that the file is marked TRUE against store original in repository. In the PDFs table, the record is there, but you cannot view the original, cannot edit or reimport.

Being set to store in repository - its expected the original will be retrievable. Please help. Thank you in advance.

Also a note, can view majority of PDFs that are stored in the repository, just the few for some reason cannot view the original

Hi Trang,

Please make sure if the user has either Adobe Acrobat Standard or Professional Version software installed on machine.

In case you have issues with PDF thumbnails, please Note 1258537 - "Thumbnails can not be created for PDF files or are not shown".

Thank you for your help. It turns out our MDM production system was out of tablespace
