SAP Remote Access to GRC Application

Hello,

I wanted to open a connection with SAP, for them to logon to GRC AC 5.3 system and look into our issues.

Can anyone provide me an OSS Note, or instructions that I need to follow, so that I can provide SAP access to logon into my GRC application i.e. the HTTP Access.

Please note that we already have the R/3 Connection open. I only need to know, the list of steps I need to configure, to provide SAP connection for HTTP access for GRC application
