Not able to get Alerts for Receiver Communication channel errors

Hi All,

I configured Alerts for IE & AE Error separately, Getting IE Alerts perfectly.

Getting AE Errors also but only for Sender Channels

Not able to get Alerts for Receiver Communication channel errors

If i configure with receiver details in Alert configuration from RWB means, i am able to get for Receiver channel Error too.

But if this is the case, i need to configure so many alerts for these many receiver channels.

Please suggest me

Regards

Do not create multiple alerts...at max create one for IE and one for AE....in RWB --> Alert Configuration maintain everything as * (no criteria) and make sure that you uncheck the Suppress Multiple Alert of this Rule option.

@ @ Abhishek: I have created same like this, but not able to get the alerts for receiver channel errors.

Check transaction SOST and SCOT.

You would have specified a waiting time probably for emails to be sent out.

For Receiver channels Alert will be triggered after all retry attempts.

After all retry attempts , it come into system error, u will get alert to inbox

HI Vamisi,

It' good to create Alert rules for different interfaces. In receiver channel error you need to follow the parameters as present in Receiver Agreement. And if you want to make it general for all the channels and if the systems are different then you can try out by giving * in the properties. Or else you can provide the system details and make evrything as *.

Yes,you need to do.

instead of configuring 2 alerts (AE&IE) why dont you a single Alert.

Thanks ,
