MRP GROUP (R/3) to PROPOSED STRATEGY(R/3)

Hello Everybody,

Value maintained in MRP GROUP (R/3) is " Made to Stock = 40" but i want the value in the Proposed Strategy field in APO to be populated "PROPOSED STRATEGY =20 Which is Planning with Final Assembly".

Can you please tell me the "USER EXIT" i can use to accomplish this.

Hi King,

You do not require a USEREXIT , 40 Strategy becomes 20 in APO.

Please search some SAP documentation before posting a question.

Hi,

Please check user exit EXIT_/SAPAPO/SAPLCIF_PROD_001.

With this user exit , you should be able to set the strategy in APO to 20 if it is 40 in SAP R/3.

Please check and confirm.

i thought 40 on r3 would automatically convert to 20 on APO. No need for CIF exit. right ?

That is absolutely correct.

However, User exit was asked and I suggested an user exit which is for product master.
