We are facing an issue in Integration environment. It is working fine in Dev though.
A PO is created and then sent to the approver. Approver made a change to the PO and clicked the button " Send back to Purchaser" .
Now, purchaser should see the status as "In your Inbox" but it is not the case in my situation. Status is "Awaiting approval but within the approval tab it shows "Sent back to purchaser"
When click the change in the PO, the button "Send back to Approver" is missing.
Can you please let me know the fix to this issue?
