Hi,
What is your business requirement? Is it integration with supplier catalog or internal catalog?
The easiest way is just calling OCI enabled supplier catalog.

Broadly, you can define catalogs into three types. What Masa is referring to are the first two types below.
1. Punch out catalogs - Catalogs hosted by suppliers on their site
2. Internall hosted supplier catalogs - These are items that suppliers provide in spreadsheets that you can load in to MDM catalog.
3. Internal product/service/contract catalogs - These are materials, services, and contracts that you upload to MDM catalog from SRM/ECC.

Hi,
I think it is documented in configuration guide. Please check http://service.sap.com/ibc-srm
In the SAP Implementation Guide (IMG), go to Supplier Relationship Management u2192 SRM Server u2192 Master Data u2192 Define External Web Services
There is some sample definition. Supplier can tell you the URL, user and password.
10 http://xxxx.xxx.xx.xxx/xxxxxx
20 USERNAME xxxx
30 PASSWORD xxxx
40 HOOK_URL
50 ~OKCode ADDI
60 ~target _top
70 ~caller CTLG
