PC 3.0 "Regulation SOX not properly customized"

Hi,

when selecting the "SOX-Framework" in Process Control via the Portal, I receive the error message "Regulation SOX not properly customized".

I have successfully activated the 4 SOX BC sets, also the "Global Compliance Office" functions properly. Do you have any hints what I need to customize in ABAP-stack that the SOX framework functions.

Do I have to enter values in "SPRO>Process Control>Master Data Setup>Configuration>Maintain Organizational Hierarchy Relationships" after having activated the BC Sets.

Hi Marco/Tracey

We has this issue and just solved it.

Go to Global Compliance Office -> Global Compliance Structure - "There was a dummy entry under Regulations and Policies. I changed this to (Regulation/Policy group) SOX and then created a policy underneath there called SOX and assigned the compliance initiative (of SOX!) to this. I was then able to assign this to the organisation and hey presto it worked..." - Posted on Sarah Dawson's behalf
