How to read Portal roles for u2018ALL DATA SOURCESu2019.
The SAP Provision Framework standard job u2018ReadJavaRolesu2019 is only reading from the u2018Local Data Sourceu2019
ATTRIBUTES displayname,uniquename,objectclass,member,datasource
STARTINGPOINT SAPprincipals
FILTER (&(objectclass=saprole)(uniquename=*))
SERVLET_URL %$rep.HTTP_PROTOCOL%://%$rep.APPLICATION_HOST%:%$rep.HTTP_PORT%/spml/provisioning
HTTP_AUTH_USER %$rep.HTTP_AUTH_USER%
HTTP_AUTH_PWD %$rep.HTTP_AUTH_PWD%
Know how read data from u2018All Data Sourcesu2019 in an Enterprise Portal (two producers)
Cheers Tom
Hi
If you connected your EP-UME to R3 or LDAP as datasource the LDAP-Groups / R3-Roles are treated as Groups in Portal. The standard "WriteLocalGroups"-Pass only writes groups with the attribute "PRIVATE_DATASOURCE" (UME) (which is easily customizable to include e.g. "CORP_LDAP" for LDAP)
Please clarify: What do you mean by two producers for UME-Roles? How is your UME set up?

Hi Michael
I have a setup of Federated Portal Network (FPN) with Remote Role Assignment
I found this SAP Note 1373286 - SAP NetWeaver IDM does not support FPN
remote roles. !!!
Iu2019m looking for a workaround to this or I have to create 700 security Groups I AD for the administration (huge step back)
Cheers
Tom
