OpenPS 4.03 configuration

Hi,

I am trying to configure OPENPS 4.0.3 to use logon groups and i always get a connection failed. When i enter a server name it works perfectly. Did anyone else had that kind of issue with logon groups?

In order to use the group function with openPS, ineeded to add this entry in the workstation services file sapmsSID 3600/tcp.

This as fix my issue.

Hello,

Please check out following rules for using group login in OpenPS:

1) The group name for group selection is case sensitive (e.g "PUBLIC" is different from "Public")

2) You are not using the right logon data (system, user, SAP router etc.) -> give the correct logon information

3) Your user has no RFC authority in the system -> user needs RFC authority

4) The system can not be accessed through RFC -> system must be configured for RFC access

Also refer help in login details screen.
