Early watch alert for EPP with Grey status

Hi all,

I facing an issue with EWA report for my EP system ,this report was generating smoothly without any issues since long ,but from past several weeks ,the status in DSWP shows grey ,when I open the report it says TH_SERVER_LIST and SYSTEM_INFO Required for EWA report ,

Help me to solve the issue

Hi George,

Did you take a look at the note 1322899 - EWA incomplete after importing EHP/product incorrect ?

Also are the definitions for the EP system changed in SMSY ?
