doubts about the architecture of SAP Productivity Pak 4.0 (RWD uPerform)

Dear experts,

We have a question regarding the architecture of RWD uPerform. In our

environment we have a SAP ERP three system landscape with DEV, QAS and

PRD and the databases are distributed to Oracle database clusters on

linux and the application servers on windows. Also we have firewalls

between the app server level and the database level.

The plan is to add the RWD database to one of the existing Oracle

database clusters (in a RWD two-server configuration).

There are two questions:

1) Which db cluster would be the right place for the RWD database -

DEV, QAS or PRD?? What is best practise?

2) Where are the "lessons" (recorded sessions) stored - database server

or uPerform server?

3) When accessing the context-sensitive help in PRD, do we need to read

right from the database? Would this suggest we need to add the RWD

database to the PRD cluster.

Many thanks for your help,

Manfred
