List documents for PHIO class - CRM

Hi,

We have a configured a PHIO class in CRM to store documents in an external repository. How can i list the all documents for the PHIO class ? Just like for ArchiveLink i can query TOA1 table.

Resolved myself.Use SDOK_PHIO_FIND_BY_QUERY FM.

Note: I'm new to SAP but able to figure it out. Just there is so less expertise on the SAP DMS subject matter on this forum.

Hi James,

This you need to maintain in DC10 while configuring a document type,assign this class PHIO in class field.Then create the documents for these document types. Then you can search by classification PHIO and you will get the entire list of the documents for the PHIO class.

We have all the configurations done for PHIO class , storage category for external store. We are able to store and retrieve from external repository. Need to know how to query for listing documents for a PHIO class.
