Open PDF (Reader) file within webdynpro application for reading

Hi,

I want to read the data from the backend and show it as a pdf (read-only) document on the webdynpro view in portal. Like suppose the terms and conditions text. we want to show the text in pdf and provide Approve and Reject button so the user can approve or reject.

Can anyone please tell me how to do this?
