Copy customizing on the same server

Hi, Gurus

On DEV we has Configuration master on Client 100

And Test Client(Sandbox) Client 210

I need to copy customizing from Client 100 to Client 210,

pls help how to copy,

I ever copy by use T-Code SCCL and choose profile SAP_CUST, all application data on targer client is gone

I think, this job delete all data befor copy customizing.

Hello Witoon,

Use transaction SCC1 to copy your customizing requests from onc client to another. CLient copy first deletes the data and then copies the data as per the profile selected.

Hello,

The solution for your problem can be the standard SAP report RSCC_SCC1_BATCH.

You have to run this in the target client.

The program allows you to copy the customizing from one client to another based on the transport requests (even transports that are not yet released).

The program does not overwrite your master and/or transactional data.

Only side effect, the program works based on transport requests, so it will only work when transports are active in your source client.

Hello Witoon,

A client copy performs always first a client delte. I think it is easier to transport your customizing to another client instead of performing a client copy.
