Incorrect CCR error - schedule line does not exist in APO

Hi All

we are facing a problem with PO CCR. Every morning we have been seeing a whole bunch of PO confirmations in the CCR with error "Schedule line does not exist in APO" - error code 181.

The problem is these PO confirmations do exist in APO . But not sure why they are showing up in the CCR. The other problem is when we try to push them to APO , they dont go thru and when we execute the iteration again , the errors show up again.

Any pointers to solve this issue ?

Hi Saradha,

Please check on the following

1) Check whether this is happening for all items or only few items.

If few items, then there could be some master data issue in R/3 in

MM / purchasing views.

2) Check the inbound and outbound queues after the confirmation

is made at R/3 and APO side whether any errors are found

3) Check the application logs generated

4) Check whether distribution definitions & object specific settings

are configured in APO customisation

5) Check the transfer SNP orders to OLTP systems settings in

global settings in customisation

Hi Ramesh,

Did you check OSS note 1379288 ( CCR Comparison of Order Returns error code 181 ) ?

This may be useful.
