I have a requirement to place every 100th unit produced, onto a test chamber. How can I use the QM module to trigger when the 100th unit has been ordered. Is there some type of internal counter that can be set ? At present, each production order only contains a quantity of one single unit. I'd like to be notified what production order carries that 100th unit so it can be flagged for testing.
Thanks in advance for any help.

Hi
I think DMR(Dyanamic Modification Rule ) can be used in this case .
Lets say that you have used in inspection plan header as inspection lot level.
Now as your production order is aways has a unit ,you can have a DMR where
first leve(inspection level) l: 1 inspection
second stage (skip) : 99 skip
that means after 99 lots one will(100th) will come in QI.Which you can inspect.
you can run QA41 in background for auto UD of lots.
I hope this will add some value

This would use a dynamic modification rule. You set up a DMR for one inspection followed by 99 skip inspections. It then reverts back to one inspection and then 99 skips. This can repeat as long as you want.
You need to to activate the 04 inspection type. Set the indicator to allow skip lots.
Create the inspection plan and assign the DMR at the lot level.
