How to retrive the PI Archived Messages

Hi,

There are so many conversations on Archival of PI messages but there is not clear direction how we are going to use them after archival. I have setup the ABAP Archival, Messages are getting Archived successfully and also messages are getting deleted successfully.

Now the question is how to read this archived messages with payload data?

Please share your experiences.

Did you checked this option SXMB_MONI --> Archived XML Messages.

If you see the technical article on Archiving then I think it is mentioned there also on how to check for Archived messages.

Dear Laxman,

for displaying archived messages you may want to use the message monitoring in Runtime Workbench. Choosing "Archive" as data source provides access to messages in archiving files.

Can you please elaborate on your question. How do you want to read your archived messages? Do you want to pick them up again or what?
