NEGATIVE BUDGET VALUES IN STANDARD REPORT

Hi Experts,

We are in FM R/3 4.7 ! Now some of the fund centre balance showing negative budget values in reports. We have gone through line item level report ,where negative budget transfered from previous year to this year !

Is it possible to transfer negative budget ?

Well, in principle, yes, it is allowed: see t-code FMJB, there is a flag for transferring negative residual budget.

In the documentation of FMJB, it is stated:

Negative residual budget

Negative residual budgets can arise if the total of the assigned budget and the budget still to be carried forward for the commitments exceeds the current budget. To determine negative residual budgets, choose the "Determine Negative Residual Budget" option.

I do not want to transfer residual negative balance to preceeding years ! Now already transfered ! Now how could it be solve ? Can you please explain the same for the same process?
