Deletion of non-processed maintenance orders via scheduling

Hello Guru`s,

we would like to have feature to delete the un-processed maintenance orders which are generated through scheduling of maintenance plan and in next scheduling system should generate new orders by deleting old maintenance orders. Any body can provide guidance to support this scenario.

Hi Krishna,

I would suggest you to develop a Z Programme which runs as a batch job with runs in the time when scheduling of MPs is not done and this programme should have a variant as MPs,status - CRTDof MO as input and you will get the list of MOs generated from MP and not processed and the programme should be developed such that it automatically setsdeletion flag for these list of MOs.

Have a look at IW38 in debugging mode to develop the Z Programme.In the report you can easily select the MO list with MP as input and selecting outstanding status.
