VL10A Change Layout Output

Hello All,

is there anyway how to add a field into VL10A layout output.

I would like to add field "PO number" VBKD - BSTKD.

I know about "change layou"t functionality, but my problem is, that in column set the field PO number is not available.

is it possible to add it somehow?

Hi,

This is possible in standard.

Execute VL10A transaction.

Once you get the output, do one of below.

- Press CTRL+F8 keys

- Press "Change Layout" button

- From the menu bar select - Settings -> Layout -> Change

Then you'll get a pop up screen

Search the field "Purchase order number" in the "Column Set" table

Highlight that and press Left arrow to add it to "Displayed Columns" table

Press Save button

Now you'll get a Save layout pop up.

There set below settings as per your requirement

- User Specific - If you want it to apply only for your user ID

- Default Setting - If you want to set it to all users as a default setting

Press Enter

Now you should be able to see the "PO number" filed appear in the screen.

When you execute the VL10A report, you go to menu and choose "Change Layout". Then from the list select PO number for the right and add it to the fields selected for layout. Then you can save the layout as default layout and will be available for every one. Also you can save it for user specific.

If you cannot maintain or save layout, please check your user parameters and check if the parameter ID SD_VARIANT_MAINTAIN is in your list with paramter value A . If its not there add it. Check user profile T Code SU01.
