how to upload the master dat for qs51 and qs41 by bdc .

Hi, You have to take help from your Technical team. Prepare a FS, clearly defining the destination fields, transaction etc. Then, they'll prepare a BDC, which you can execute in SE38 transaction. However, pl. decide whether you need a BDC program to upload these codes & code groups. You can as well do it in LSMW or CATT. Regards, Krishna. Madduri

Dear Baswa Raj,

How much is the quantum of data for QS41 & QS51? if you can load this data with in a span of a day then ask your core team member to this manually with your help.

Suggesting to load manually as the codes created here are not reversible and if some thing goes wrong you can't delete codes, so better to do manually if data quantum is low.

If data is huge, then using BDC is best option, get it developed from your ABAPE, test it thoroughly on development / quality and then only use it for loading data on PRD.

Use SHDB t code to copy the t code QS41 or QS41.This will help you to upload the Codes & code Gr via BDC.

Take help of your abaper.
