Bi Content Add-on

Hi All,

While adding the bi content, ocs_import queue job is hang status, when we check the work process status is on hold with reason RFC, it is not updating anything(sequential (or)direct read)).then i have canceled that job and reset with the functional module(ocsreset_queue) even though it is showing same error.

i am copying action log , could you please check and suggest me what canbe done to resolve this issue.

Hi Manohar,

I don't see any error in the phase. You should have checked updation of SLOG file and ALOG file (whether they are getting updated or not) before canceling the job.

Post the contents of the SLOG file here.

Just rename the file
venu\sapmnt\trans\tmp\SAPKKIBIII2.SLP and it should be alright.

Hi,

As said above eitther rename the file or just remove the files from tmp folder and and just try to reimport again.

Check your trans file system and look for the free space or permission issue for writing the extraction of SAR files.
