SRM Experts:
I am looking at expanding my use of RFP's to include massive, multi million dollar construction projects. We don't use SRM to do these and it is all currently paper based.
Our RFx governance states: "Proponents shall submit pricing in a separate sealed envelope that shall only be opened after confirming that the proponent has met mandatory requirement and evaluation of non-price rated requirements is completed."
I am looking for a way to supress/hide the pricing information on the Bid Response until our company has reviewed the Header level Attributes/Weighting.

The requirement you described is very similar to what's called "Two-Envelope RFx Response Processing". This is offered as a standard by SRM Procurement for Public Sector (PPS). For more information, take a look at the following link:
