Item division is differs in the header division

Dear Experts,

The user has created Sales order for ABC Sales Area, but where as in material has got dis channel for D, and PR00 condition record also maintained for A Sal.Org and D- Dis.channel with material combination, Price flowed in the sales order,

A and B-Dis.Channel i am not able to create the PR00 Condition record, system throws Conditions cannot be created in distribution channel B

Header level distribution channel and item level dis.Channel is differ please clarify the same,

Check ur common dist.channel assignment in VOR1..for divsion VOR2 as well..

Thanks for prompt solution and timely help,

here we have maintained in VOR1

Sales Org A and Dis.Channel B - Dis.Ch condition is for D so condition record master data refer this channel only,

If i maintained for B then i am able to create the condition record.

If you want to create a sale order with item distribution channel B, do the following:-

Go to MM01, key in the material code and maintain the same material code under "Copy from" and click on top "Select views". You could see many texts in a small box where you select the three sales views and click on "Organisational data". System will ask to key in Plant, Sales Organisation and Distribution Channel.

Maintain the required plant code and sales area on left side and on right side, maintain the existing sales area and execute. System will pop up a message that "Material already exists and will be extended". Maintain the mandatory fields like tax classification, Statistical update etc., and save the material master.

Next maintain pricing in VK11 with this sales area and save. Create a sale order with distribution channel B and update forum still you face any issue.
