Dear Gurus,

I am using Epson DFX 9000 printer for the payslip on A5 continuous paper. After printing first page, the paper is skipping one page then start on the middle of third page thereby losing the alignment. I have choose the drivers ESPC/9 on the SAP.

How can I resolve this?

Hi,

The reason is incorrect paper size...

You have to set or adjust Page Format in your device settings (SPAD configuration).

Or if required create a custom page format and assign it the printer.

Hi,

Since you are saying it is a payslip, might be its been developed using smartform. Check what is the page format and format type used there. Check if the format type is assigned to the device type ESPC/9. If it is not, then do the same.

Thanks & Regards,

Thanks very much.

The payslip is done in HR forms (tcode - pe51) and is 26 lines by 126 columns. I have changed the format to match the number of lines and columns and gave it the A5 page format DINA5.

Nothing has changed though.
