how to redetermine pricing value in invoice?

I am adding below new access keys to access sequeance YES3.YES3 is the condition type which is having acess sequance YES3.

1) SORG/D.Chanl/Route/PH1//PH3 Kilo

2) SORG/D.Chanl/Route/PH1/PH2/ Kilo

3) SORG/D.Chanl/Route/PH1/ Kilo

YES3 is the fixed value based surcharge and having scale basis as gross weight scale.

Inserted scale bases as weight in condition type.

in condition records scales maintained as below

DE10/02/DETX1/ 1 Kilo = 30 u20AC

skales:

DE10/02/DETX1 / 31 Kilo = 35 u20AC

DE10/02/DETX1/ 41 Kilo = 40u20AC

DE10/02/DETX1/ 51 Kilo = 45u20AC

my requirement:- based on delivery item gross weight, conditon record should be picked in invoice and in saes order it should pick the condition record based on sales order line item gross weight.

example: created sales order for 10 materials and each material gross wight is 3.5 kgs then it will pick 35 euros (more than 31 kilos) as surcharge in sales order . Based on stock availability , created delivery for 4 items any gross weight is 14 kgs and created invoice for delivery and in invoice it should pick surcharge charge as 30 euros from condition records since my gross weight is 14 kgs.

how can we achive this.

which pricing routine(requirement or alternative condition value or alternative conditon base value) need to create for getting condition record value in invoice based on delivery item gross weight for conditon type-YES3?

Hi All

I have completed the configaration for my requirement.

but when I am creating sales order YES3 condition record value not coming and in pricing analysis , system showing error message " Fields for access YES3 35 missing (Pricing Sales/Distribution)".

Please help where I am doing wrong.

Hi Ramkrisha,

in customizing copy control (transaction VTFA in case of order-related billing, VTFL in case of delivery-related billing) at item level there is the field 'Pricing'.

Here you could set a pricing type redetermining the price condition.

The F1 help on this filed and note 24832 explains the possible values.

Hi Ivano and All

we are creating invoice with reference to delivery.

in delivery, invoice copy controls(TCODE-VTFL) we are having Pricing type - Y(customer reserve Y).

as per my requirement it should redetermine only YES3 (express surcharge) value in invoice based on delivery item gross weight and it should not re-determine any other condition value.

Please provide your suggestions.
