Hi guys,
I got this problem. Yesterday night my backup got cancel immediately after it started.
The log message shows:
Logon of user XXX in client 120 failed when starting a step.
I think its because i lock this user up since he has already left the company. How should i solve this problem?
Hi Lee,
You can search for th sceduled jobs, then go to steps, there you will find the user with which it is schedule. Go back, Select the Job, go to edit mode, then go to steps and change the user name to your id or the ID with authorization.
Or you can jus delete the scheduled job, then reschedule the job.
