Hello SAP Gurus
Since we have some budget issues, I want to findout if we can install multiple SAP servers on a single box. If so which of the following can be combined
We have seperate
1.ECC and EP (together)
2.XI
3.ECC-IDES
4.CRM
5.Solution Manager
I would appreciate if some one can help me to find out, which of the above can be combined together. I know the performance will be an issue, but other than that will there be any conflicts between these, if they exist on the same server.
Thanks a lot in advance
Ram

Prasad,
You might want to have a look at VMWare ESXi (or similar options). Another alternative is using MCOD to share one db for multiple SAP servers.
MCOD seems to give a lot of trouble during release upgrades. In general using a virtual environment appears to be a cleaner solution. In my opinion it would also be easier to copy your virtual systems into physical systems if your budget improves in the future.
You can do a search using Google for MCOD and using virtual environments for SAP.
Hope that helps.
Best regards,
Jens
