Intergration model activated but material did not make it to APO

Hello,

I have a integration model with 13000 parts. I activated the model without any problems. Same for Resources. I activated the model. While activating PDS integration Model, I got an error indicating that a part is missing in APO. This part is in the material integration model which became active.

Is there anyway to find out why this part is not coming to APO?

Also, is there any place to check how many parts actually made it to APO? I would assume that if the model became active, everything was transferred ?

Another point could be that there are more than one integration models active for same selection condition.

Thanks. Another Integration model had this part assigned to it. DEactivated that one and this part got included into my IM. Thanks for the replies. Awarded points.

Hi Raman,

When the integration model is active, it does not mean that all the products

in the model is active. If there is any master data issues, then those items

will not get transferred but the overall model status will show as active only.

In CFM1, once you enter all the items in the selection critieria, and after

execution, just check how many items are getting picked up (number), this

will tell you how many items are going to get activated.

Secondly, after activation, check in CFM5 transaction that how many are

actually activated.

Also transaction /SAPAPO/PROD_CD_READ tells you about the changes

done at APO level based on integration model creation and subsequent

changes

Dear Raman,

Please see the tab 'Basic data 1' of material to see if you're using any reference product for packaging.

Other general check points:

1. please check if there is any error queue or

dump in both system.

2. The issue can happen if there are inconsistent entries between

some DB table, e.g //MATMAP, //MATKEY and //MATLOC.

Could you please first run reports from note 668792 to correct the

possible inconsistent entries?

3. Run report RIMODINI for that single material to send it through
