Unable to edit or change the connection, it is throwing an error CS:Unable to bind to configuration Object Network layer in not available (DAC00020). The database is HP Neoview database.It is a machine specific issue.While connecting to the production environment from that machine able to change the connection and see HP Neoview middleware but while connecting to Dev environment for any user on that machine cannot see the middleware and throwing the error while editing the connection.
Even we tried by replacing the SBO file from production to problematic machine but didnt work.
Business Objects Version is XI3.1 SP2 FP2.5
DEV and PROD OS is Windows 2003.
HP Neoview Database is 2.4.1 and the ODBC driver is 2.3.3
Can any one help me on this urgently.
