SPL upload

Hi

During golive We uploaded SPL data (XML format) once and its runnning succesfully,

Now updated SPL (delta)file came from authority, now where we can uplaod and run the SPL screen

Is the same Tcode use /N/SAPSLL/SPL_UL01 to upload delta file once again

If we uplaod what about the exisiting SPL data, which we already uploaded, is it going to overright that.

Please give me the complete process

Prior to screening your business partners against the SPL Delta, you need to generate comparison terms for the additions to the SPL. Include the following three steps:

Reset Buffer

Generate Comparison Terms (for Sanction Party List)

Aggregate Comparison Terms

Hello Satish,

after you have uploaded new SPL list you have to screen BP against the SPL list delta.

So

1. /SAPSLL/SPL_UL01 - upload list from XML

- this wont change any status of already screened-evaluated entries

- old SPL list is updated by new SPL entries

2. /SAPSLL/SPL_CHSC1LO - Check Bus. Partner Addresses (Dialog) against SPL delta; or you can execute in background

you will get new results but only when affected by SPL list delta

3. Optionally you can screen BP's on positive/negative list against new SPL list.
