Hi All,
I am trying to add a custom program in a GRC function, I have executed below steps and facing problem in the last step
1) Search the function
2) Select the function in change mode
3) Click on Add entry for adding a custom transaction
4) Given system name and in the action filed i do search for the transaction in the respective system. but it is not showing any search results with respective of the custom prgram in the selected system.
And i cross verified whether the transaction available in R/3 system, it is available in all the systems (DEV,QA & PROD).
So let me know what would be the reason and what else i need to search for it?
Or else i am missing anything.
Thanks & Regards

Hi Sukumar,
You have to download all objects and SU24 data with reports:
/VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_DESC
/VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_SAPOBJ
Upload the files in RAR>>Config>>Upload Objects
Only after upload they they will be avaliable in RAR.
Kind Regards,
Vit Vesely

Hi,
I got the answer for this query, but when i do download and upload of the files from R/3 to GRC. Still it is not showing me the new transactions which were developed in R/3.
it means when i try to add the transaction in a function, under search mode with respective of the r/3 system, it is not showing me the search results.
What i did was, i run the reports /VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_DESC & /VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_SAPOBJ and uploaded them as below in GRC.
Text Objects - /VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_DESC
permissions - /VIRSA/ZCC_DOWNLOAD_SAPOBJ
For each of the download i get 2 files for each and i tried to upload both of them but no luck.
Please suggest me, as am missing anything in this process

Where is the intial data came from for all the standard transactions?
Please review the SU24 steps(post implementation steps)...
You should upload the SU24 data for custom work into CC/RAR...Then only you see these custom transactions in CC/RAR.
Thanks,
Himadama
