com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO

Dear all,

I have the following issue :

1. Q03 is my BI-ABAP instance.

2. QJ3 is my BI-JAVA instance.

3. Both instance are connected to the same db.

2 weeks ago, Q03 quality system has been refreshed by P03 (also, of course, a BI-double-stack system (ABAP+JAVA).

My problem :

1. From QJ3 (JAVA), I have defined Q03 as back-end system.

2. When I test it (Connection Tests), I get the following error :

2.1. SAP Web AS Connection

An HTTP/S connection to http://s9bwqas.zelo.local:8100/sap/bw/BEx was not obtained successfully; this might be due to a closed port on the Firewall

2.2. ITS Connection = it works

2.3. Connection Test for Connectors

com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized

What about error 2.3. (com.sap.mw.jco.JCO$Exception: (103) RFC_ERROR_LOGON_FAILURE: Issuer of SSO ticket is not authorized) ??)

I have checked :

1. From Q03 - SS02 = it works. I have re-exported tickets from QJ3 and re-import it in Q03.

2. SAPJF user is not locked

3. Q03CNTL100 is the right logical system (changed after system refresh)

Any ideas are very welcome !

Thanks

Thanks Mark.

Even if this OSS note is interesting, it does not fix the issue.

Best regards
