SAP MMC DISP+WORK Shows in yellow but system was accessble

Dear Experts,

Our SAP Production system disp+work shows in yellow color (running but not connected to message server) in both nodes but the system was accessable,

We are into SAP ECC6.0 EHP4 and Windows Clustering

SAP SID : GEP

ASCS Instance : 00 u2013 Share Disk (D: Drive)

Central Instance : 01 u2013 Local Disk (Node A)

Dialog Instance : 01 u2013 Local Disk (Node B)

Enqueue Instance : 10 u2013 Local Disk (Node A & Node B)

Node a Host name : GEEPASPRD1

Node b Host name : GEEPASPRD2

Virtual Host

Cluster Hostname : CLUSGRP

SAP Group : SAPGRP

DB Group : DBGRP

Please find the disp_work log info

  • LOCATION SAP-Dispatcher SAPGRP_GEP_01 on host GEEPASPRD1

  • ERROR mserrno received (MSENOTUNIQUE)

This is one of the common thing in dual stack systems...paste dev_w0 log for more info.
