HI gurus,
As per our cilent requirement we are started to configure the alert configuration in PI system,
1. As per process we define all configuationt setting in ALRTCATDEF tcode, and started the required sevices through SICF and
2.
Check the following property under "Runtime Workbench" in the exchange profile:
com.sap.aii.rwb.server.centralmonitoring.httpport
and, set it to the value that the ICM monitor displays as the HTTP port of the WebAs
(transaction SMICM -> Goto -> Services) .

I changed the parameter values
- host in exchage profile : <server name> => <server name>.domain.
- icm/host_name_full : <server name> => <server name>.domain.
4. Gone to RWB , clicked on alert configuration , then it was asking user id & password,
first attempt i gave pisuper & password ( it failed to login)
second attempt i gave pirwbuser & password ( it failed to login)
finally i gave all the user id's & password's , still i was not accepting any thing
So could nay please help me on this issue

Hello!
You are not able to access the "Alert configuration" tab from the Runtime Workbench, right? Please check if the XISUPER user has the following roles:
SAP_BC_AI_LANDSCAPE_DB_RFC
SAP_SLD_ADMINISTRATOR
SAP_XI_ADMINISTRATOR
SAP_XI_CONFIGURATOR
SAP_XI_CONTENT_ORGANIZER
SAP_XI_DEVELOPER
SAP_XI_MONITOR
ensure the XISUPER (or PI*, according to your version), has the roles above assigned on the SU01 transaction. Then, please try accessing the page again.

Be sure you have fully qualified hostname and ABAP Stack 80XX port in the Exchange Profile.

Seems to be a problem with the users' password, please check according to your system:
