UNABLE TO SAVE TRIP REQUEST

I am trying a travel management process by creating TRIP REQUEST and am getting the error message ,

There is" [no trip for keys 00000010 0000000000 000]", and ['No entry in table T549Q for argument 00 at time 20100419]'

Please can anyone assist on how to resolve to the issue .

Thanks, but i have tried using sm30 and customised for the payroll area but am still getting the same error message

Hi,

This means that the payroll period is not generated for this year, for the particular employee group in the customization. Please go to t-code sm30, and give feed in T549Q and select customizing. This will navigate to the customizing.Now select your country and generate the payroll period.

This might solve the issue.
