Is there any option called 'Form of address'(FOA) in SRM to save the default values ?

Hi.

Yes. It is basis side function. You can maintain form of address and set it in country default.

SPRO:

SAP Web Application Server -> Application Server -> Basis Service -> Address Management

SAP Web Application Server -> General Setting -> Set Countries -> Specify Countries in mySAPsystems
