Runtime workbench doesn't show communication channel list

Hi,

In the RWB suddenly it is not showing the list of communication channels that is present in the integration directory. It was showing the channels before.

All the items in the integration server are in Green color(Integration engine, BPE, mapping runtime, adapter engine) doesnt show any error.

But still we are not able to view the communication channels in Communication channel monitoring.

We have did the Cache refresh but still we are not able to view it.

Hi,

Is this problem coming from all workstations or your workstations only? It may be some strange problem of local cache of your workstation. Try to delete & reopen the page.

Also temporary you can use http://<HOST NAME>:<PORT>/mdt/channelmonitorservlet to access channel monitoring till you are able to solve the problem.

Hi,

This problem is occuring in all workstations.

Eventhough we try to connect using http://<HOST NAME>:<PORT>/mdt/channelmonitorservlet we are facing the same problem

Hi,

Please consult your Basis team, I believe your java stack is down and all the adapter services are stopped accidentally.

We checked it with the Basis team and all the adapters in the Java stack is up and running

had the JAVA stack been down even RWB wont have shown-up....can you check with your ADMIN team if they are able to view the channel monitoring....are you getting any error/ warning when you try to open channel monitoring....I hope that it is not due to the internet browser that you are using.

The adapter engine specified in the communication channel was not correct. when the correct Adapter engine was specified RWB started showing the C.C list

Make sure that your CCs are "activated" in the Integration Directory.

Hi,

The CC's are activated. Actually till last week it was showing the CC in the CC monitoring, but suddenly its not showing now.
