Trouble Shooting MATERIAL Delta Settings

Hi

I have created the following entries in table CRMRFCPAR in the R/3 backend. The initial load works using R3AS. However the delta download for materials doesn't work. Please could you advise on any missing steps.

User: EBP

Object Name: *

Destination: SRM client

Load Type: *All Load Types

InQueue Flag: X

Send XML: M Mixed Mode (Optimized)

For Deltas

User: EBP

Object Name: MATERIAL

Destination SRM client

Load Type: D Delta Download

InQueue Flag: X

Send XML: Mixed Mode (Optimized)

Hi Brett,

look at note 430980 CRM Server: Analysis in delta data exchange R/3->CRM,

and check R/3 tables TBE31 & TBE11, that control events in R/3.

But I don't understand your last reply, didn't you already align consumer, since your question:

Thanks for your response. Much appreciated. I've been throught the note and checked everything it suggests. I have created a request for MATERIAL in R3AR2. Settings below

HEADER

Adapter Object MATERIAL

Request Type Request: Objects could be loaded from R/3 backend

Inactive BLANK

Use once BLANK

DETAILS

Table MARA

Field MTART

Incl I Inclusive defined set/array

Option NE

Low ZSEC (excluded materials of type ZSEC)

I have requested that the request starts in R3AR4. However when I check sm37, there is no job active for SMOF_REQUESTN.

As for the CRMCONSUM settings, I followed the advice provided in the thread when I was experiencing initial load problems and managed to get it working so am I right oin assuming that these should work for delta?

Have you checked the table CRMCONSUM for SRM user in both the systems??

There is no entry in the SRM client for CRMCOMSUM. The entry in R/3 is as per below. I wouldn't have thought this would be the problem as the initial load method works fine.

User: EBP

Active: 'X'

Description: EBP

Q_Prefix R3A

I have read a post mentioning transactions R3AR2,R3AR3 and R3AR4. I haven't deployed these settings as I'm unsure as to how to set them up. Could this be the issue?
