Setting Up the Connection to the Services Registry

Hi Experts,

I am trying to set Up the Connection to the Services Registry as mentined in the sap help [documentation|http://help.sap.com/saphelp_nw70ehp1/helpdata/en/25/683fbe7e01407cb20995d10d71c895/frameset.htm].

In step 11 i am not sure what to enter for Services Registry server name against

Computer name of Access URL

Can someone let me know where i can check the services registry 
server name when i log on to SR.

In step 10 for URL access path can i specify directly /ServicesRegistryFlatSiService/ServicesRegistryFlatSiPort as i used

CO_SERVICES_REGISTRY_FLAT_SI or do i need to provide anything specific to my PI system.
