How to refresh the print preview in smart form

Hello guyz,

I have print program just like ME9F. There whatever the document I select and say print, it should first show print preview.There is no problem in that.

In case if I come back from the preview to the list and if I select different document it is getting accumulated in the previous print preview.

For example, I am selecting the first document and click on print it shows only one page and then if I come back and select second document and click on print. Now, it has 2 pages where first page is the previous document preview.

I am using smartform. How to refresh the print preview?

Hi Yasin,

Make sure you are not selecting 2 documents second time. In General ME9A or ME9F transactions we have option to select multiple documents and print.

So select only one document every time and go for print preview/output.

Thanks for your reply. Unfortunately, it was my mistake. I was not refreshing the internal table which I am passing in to the smartform. That why it happened. Now the problem is resolved.
