How can we Fax a SAP SD document from the system.

Hi,

We can send the Sales order or Invoice as A fax using Output condition record. Goto Va01 -

---

>extras ---> Ouput ---> Header

---> Edit .. U can Find the Output type .

There u will find the Options like Print Output , Fax , EDI Etc...

U need to maintain the Condition record in VV11 As per u r requirement.

Output determination for sales documents

Maintain output types: Transaction code

Maintain access sequence

Assign output types to partner functions

Maintain output determination

Assign output determination procedure
